Description Senior
Enrichment is a one day conference offering opportunities for
individuals to enrich their lives. Events are geared to the senior
population. Click on List of
Sessions in
the left column to see the offerings. There are two morning and
two afternoon sessions. A host of exhibitors show and discuss
their products. Presentations of speakers & exhibitors do not
necessarily reflect the opinions of the Senior Enrichment Planning
Committee or any of its affiliates.
Cost Price
for the conference (including lunch) is $12.00. This must be
included with Attendee
Registration . If classes require additional fees for
materials these will be collected at the classes. See class
sessions for details.
Time 8:30
- 9:00 AM- Preregistered attendees pick up conference materials,
late registration for workshops that are still open. Coffee
served. Time to visit exhibits on 2nd floor. 9:00 AM - Session
I 10:00 AM - Session II 10:45 - 11:30 AM - Visit Exhibits on
2nd floor 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Lunch, Mary Pine Awards,
winners of drawings announced 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM - Visit
Exhibits 1:00 PM - Session III 2:00 PM - Session IV 2:45
PM - End of Workshops NOTE:This year the program will
not
be followed by an evening dance

Sponsors Organizations
and individuals who wish to provide services, supplies, door
prizes, and funds to offset the expenses of the Conference, please
contact the Senior Center at 231-972-2884.
Presenters Individuals
who would like to present a session should submit a workshop
proposal. Click on the link Presenter
Proposal in
the left column for a proposal form. A member of the program
committee will contact potential presenters shortly after their
proposals are received. Contact information for presenters who
encourage attendees to contact them is listed under the left
column link To Contact Presenter.
This information will be included in registration packets at the
program and will be available on this site after the
conference.
Exhibitors Providers
of materials and services of interest to seniors may rent a space
to display their wares and meet with attendees. Exhibitors should
fill out a proposal found under the link in the left column
Exhibitor Proposal. A member
of the conference staff will contact exhibitors who submit a
proposal to confirm acceptance and to discuss their needs. Contact
information for exhibitors is provided in registration packets and
is listed under the left column link To

Lunch,
Mary Pine Award, and Prize Drawings The
registration fee includes a lunch buffet. During the lunch the
Mary Pine Awards for outstanding seniors are presented. Click on
Mary Pine Award
in
the left column for a description of this unique award and a form
for nominating a community member to receive it. Drawings for door
prizes and exhibitor prizes are held during the luncheon.
